We want you to be obsessed with your hair, but if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be in their original packaging and at least 75% of the product must remain to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process for your specific items.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
